ACES Token, Inc is an autonomous Digital Token-Driven Network System © (“DTDNS”)
ACES Token enables you to easily setup a User Account for creating and managing your Digital Tokens. Here you may write a brief description, condition &/or restriction for the object each Token represents using ACES’ e-tools. The object of each of your Tokens must be uniquely identifiable, transferable, and redeemable should you wish to transfer it to another person. This process is easily self-directed by you through your operation of the ACES’ DTDNS.
Submitting your Token to the ACES Digital Property Registrar acknowledges your Token by generating and assigning a unique Token ID and Password, which are conveyed back to you creating a Digital Property. You may trade and barter, view, transfer or exchange your Digital Property with others on the ACES Wall of Tokens (“WoT”), a bartering platform, or elsewhere over the Internet.
What the objects of your Tokens may and may not represent:
Digital Tokens may represent objects describing such as:
- Goods (or property) you own or control
- Services or functions you schedule and perform for others
- Resources you schedule and provide enabling individuals to use themselves
Digital Tokens may also represent evidence-of-use or date-of-use for objects such as intellectual and proprietary property described as:
- Copyrighted materials, titles and logos
- Trademarks and service marks
- Research and discoveries prior to formal publications
Digital Tokens may not represent “money” such as bills or coins adopted as the legal tender by any government; nor may a Digital Token express or describe its object as having a monetary value, such as a chair worth $250. Collectible monies with values unassociated with their expressed denomination are allowed as well as precious items, such as an ounce of gold, but not a $1,000 worth of gold. Digital Tokens may not represent unlawful goods, services or resources. If you are uncertain as to the lawfulness of any object you should seek legal advice before incorporating it in your token.
